Day Lodge Café

• Located at slope level in our base lodge.
• Open daily from 7:30am until the lifts stop turning.

The café offers both buffet-style and cook-to-order fare for breakfast and lunch daily. You’ll find everything from hearty high energy breakfast foods to soup, salad, sandwiches, pizza and more. And if you’ve worked up a huge appetite, try the famous Great White Burger…it’s legendary!

After Dark Café

• Located at slope level in our base lodge. (Same as Day Lodge Café)
• Saturdays and nights in conjunction with night skiing- 4:30pm-8:00pm

Wondering what to do for dinner? Stay and dine on our renowned prime rib dinner! We also offer a full service grill and a chef’s special.

High Camp Lodge

• Located on the ridgeline between the Couloir Express and the Basin Quad
• *Open daily from 9:30am-3:00pm *(Lift operation dependent)

This is a beautiful new lodge with a spectacular view of Mt. Rainier. It’s a great place to take a break or eat lunch after skiing the runs of Paradise Basin. When the sun shines, enjoy a juicy BBQ burger and a NW microbrew while sitting outdoors. Cold and blustery? Come inside and have a hot cuppa and a bowl of chowder or chili, or choose from other assorted entrees, salads or sandwiches. High Camp offers a great selection of snacks, including our home baked cookies, brownies, and rice krispy treats! In addition, you’ll find many healthy snack items such as energy bars, hearty granola, fresh fruit, veggie paks and more. For a natural energy boost try Guayaki Yerba Mate.

Kracker Barrel Station and Store

• Located on north side of Highway 12 across from parking lot C and Yakima Ski Club
• Open daily until 6:00pm

The Kracker Barrel offers many services under one roof. It’s a gas station and a convenience store with a little bit of a lot. Come inside for an espresso, hot food and a full selection of snacks and beverages. Limited indoor seating. ATM and Laundry services also available.

Sitzmark Pub

• Located on Mezzanine level base camp
• Reserved for those 21 years and over
• Open M-F 11:00-6:00pm, Sat 10:00-8:00pm, Sun 10:00-6:00pm.

We feature 10 tapped NW microbrews in addition to some standard favorites and a handpicked selection of Washington’s finest wines. The Sitzmark is a great place to relax, unwind, visit with a friend or watch the skiers/snowboarders carve a turn or two through the spectacular slope side cathedral windows. Sip a brew or enjoy a glass of Yakima Valley award winning wine at the Sitzmark Pub.

Sitzmark Bistro

• Located on Mezzanine level of base lodge (adjacent to Sitzmark Pub)
• Reserved for those 21 years and over
• Open Friday-Sunday and Holidays 11:00am-5:30pm

Share a pitcher of a NW microbrew or a bottle of local wine and order from our inviting bistro fare menu. Try our famous Great White Nachos, or choose a seasonal appetizer plate. For the hardy appetite choose from it’s hand thrown pizza selection, carved sandwiches , healthy wraps, fresh salads or robust soups. For Apres Ski, there is a refined “Happy Hours” menu after 3pm.

Espresso!

• Located at slope level west side of base lodge
• Open weekends and holidays 7:30-4:30pm

This is a one stop meal deal. Grab an espresso or latte, choose from a healthy selection of smoothies, a light lunch or snack, and then head right back out onto the hill. Assorted freshly baked scones, cookies and rice krispy treats are there for those who need their sweets with their coffee.

The Yurt

• Check your trail map and find the Yurt on the Paradise Run near Chair 4.
• Open weekends and holidays 9:00-3:00pm

The yurt is the friendliest place on the mountain! It is a warming hut that is just the perfect stop for a light meal or a snack and a beverage of your choice. Share a table, meet a friend! Warm your body and your soul with good food and great company.

Nordic Center

• Located on the north side of Highway 12 at the back of Parking lot B. (behind condos)
• Thursday – Sunday 8:45-4:00pm

The Nordic Center offers a limited selection of warm or refreshing beverages and home baked cookies, scones, brownies and rice krispy treats.
